The Hanna Instruments HI 99161 is a portable pH and temperature meter for measuring semi-solids such as meats and cheeses with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC), automatic one- or two-point calibration, a multilevel LCD screen with tutorial messages, a pH electrode with internal temperature sensor, and a battery error prevention system. A pH meter is commonly used to measure the pH of substance such as water, food, beer, or wine in laboratory, industrial, and food applications. The multilevel LCD screen displays the current measurement, the current temperature, and tutorial messages for calibration and setup. This meter has ATC for accurate readings in fluctuating temperatures.
